RETURN & REFUND POLICY
CUSTOMIZABLE PRODUCTS — FINAL SALE
At Vision Bar, every product is customizable and created specifically for you. Because of this, all orders are final sale.
WHAT THIS MEANS
Once your personalized Vision Bar order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded. This includes:
- Custom crystal selections
- Personalized charm choices
- Affirmation text selections
- All customized configurations
WHY FINAL SALE?
Your Vision Bar is made to order with your exact specifications. Once production begins, your unique combination of crystals, charms, and affirmations cannot be resold or reused.
EXCEPTIONS — DEFECTS & DAMAGE
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your Vision Bar product arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right:
1. Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
2. We'll replace or fully refund your order at no cost
3. No return shipping required
All Vision Bar items are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Because our products are delicate and may be customized or pre-made, we carefully package each order for shipping. If your item arrives damaged during transit, it is eligible for a replacement. Please contact us within 10 days of delivery and include a clear photo of the damaged item so we can assist you.
Items reported after the 10-day window are not eligible for replacement.
CUSTOM ORDER CANCELLATION
Custom orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation. If you change your mind before payment is processed, contact us immediately and we may be able to help.
